It is exciting to make this post and send out the 2021 native plant catalogue for Sheila Coughlin’s Greenhouse! Our small, family operated native plant greenhouse is located in Moose Lake, MN. We hold a Nursery Stock Grower Certificate through the Minnesota Department of Agriculture.
All of the details on ordering native plants are included in the catalogue. Please know we do not ship plants and do not open the greenhouse for on-site sales. All orders are set-up for a scheduled pick-up at our local distribution site in Mahtowa, MN. These details are included within the catalogue along with fun gardening tips and plant information.
Native plants can be planted throughout the spring, summer, and into the fall. We will be taking orders throughout the summer until sold-out. Don’t hesitate to reach out via email at natureartexploration@gmail.com with any questions. Plant orders are being taken by phone at (218)348-6228. We sure appreciate your support and look forward to supplying you with healthy native plants to get you started on your next native plant gardening project!
Sheila Coughlin
Hi! My name is Sheila Coughlin. I’m a Certified Master Clinical Herbalist, greenhouse gardener, artist, and singer. I am a Finnish American of multiple heritages who has a strong interest in the arts and cultural preservation. My BA/BAS Degree Individualized in Human Services focused on art therapy, Ojibwe language and cultural studies, ecopsychology, and plants. I have worked on numerous cultural revitalization projects over years. I am very interested and involved with learning about my Finnish heritage and love learning about Finnish language, traditional arts, music, and mythology. It is my vision that by reconnecting through nature, art, and culture, we can find great healing in this troubled world we live in. This is my site, and I would like to personally welcome you here. Please, join me in reconnecting through nature, art, and culture.
