Hi! My name is Sheila Coughlin. I’m a Certified Master Clinical Herbalist, greenhouse gardener, artist, and singer. I am a Finnish American of multiple heritages who has a strong interest in the arts and cultural preservation. My BA/BAS Degree Individualized in Human Services focused on art therapy, Ojibwe language and cultural studies, ecopsychology, and plants. I have worked on numerous cultural revitalization projects over years. I am very interested and involved with learning about my Finnish heritage and love learning about Finnish language, traditional arts, music, and mythology.
