Sheila Coughlin
Hi! My name is Sheila Coughlin. I’m a Certified Master Clinical Herbalist, greenhouse gardener, artist, and singer. I am a Finnish American of multiple heritages who has a strong interest in the arts and cultural preservation. My BA/BAS Degree Individualized in Human Services focused on art therapy, Ojibwe language and cultural studies, ecopsychology, and plants. I have worked on numerous cultural revitalization projects over years. I am very interested and involved with learning about my Finnish heritage and love learning about Finnish language, traditional arts, music, and mythology. It is my vision that by reconnecting through nature, art, and culture, we can find great healing in this troubled world we live in. This is my site, and I would like to personally welcome you here. Please, join me in reconnecting through nature, art, and culture.
